estoy vinculan con 3 módulos: opencv_core opencv_calib3d opencv_imgproc. Qué me estoy perdiendo ?

Editar. Agregué la biblioteca opencv_flann y reduje el recuento de errores. Pero, ¿dónde se definen cv :: line o, por ejemplo, cv :: rectangle?

El problema estaba en el orden de las bibliotecas. El orden correcto es:

LOCAL_STATIC_LIBRARIES := libopencv_calib3d opencv_features2d opencv_flann opencv_imgproc opencv_core 

lo tanto, el principio fundamental es que hay que declarar las bibliotecas en el orden inverso de su dependencia (por ejemplo, * opencv_imgproc * depende de * opencv_core * y * opencv_features2d * depende de * opencv_imgproc * etc.)

Te has perdido opencv_highgui y probablemente opencv_features2d también.

cv::rectangle se define en opencv_core.
