Mi aplicación funcionaba bien en mi máquina win 7 de 64 bits.la llamada fue rechazada por callee

Traté de correr los winforms Visual Studio 2008 .NET C# aplicación en un diferente ganar máquina bit 7 64 y ahora estoy recibiendo este error:

yo supongo que el error "RPC" viene del ensamblado de interoperabilidad. ¿Has comprobado que Excel está instalado en la otra máquina? ¿Y que es la misma versión que la tuya? – David

Aquí hay una solución rápida y sucia, agregue un thread.sleep después de crear el objeto excel.

Algo como esto:
