¿Es posible instalar VS 2010.NET 4.0 en Windows XP máquina con SP2.

No se menciona en la página de requisitos Publicado por LukeH, pero si es de 64 bits XP, entonces sí. No sé si esta es una respuesta oficial, pero la he estado usando todos los días durante los últimos meses. Solo hay SP1 y SP2 para x64 XP. Los service packs para x86 y x64 no son lo mismo.

BTW, si está utilizando x64 XP entonces también debe instalar Windows Automation API 3.0 para x64 Server 2003, aquí: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/981741. No hay una versión oficial para x64 XP, pero de nuevo, he estado usando esto durante unos meses sin ningún problema.

(Antes de que me diga para mejorar, me veo obligado a usar XP en el trabajo. Asumo OP es demasiado. Nos lástima. :)
