Android Aplicación EULA sin compañía?

Encontré varias muestras de EULA en el desbordamiento de la pila, pero en todas ellas se muestra información de la compañía. Estoy solo y quiero publicar una aplicación paga en el mercado de Android.

¿Necesito "construir" una empresa? ¿Qué texto debo incluir en el EULA?

En respuesta a la primera pregunta, yo recomendaría que usted busca una plantilla EULA "click-wrap". Le permite "completar los espacios en blanco".

Tengo mucha curiosidad sobre los acuerdos EULA que involucran a Google. La razón principal por la que digo esto es porque no estoy seguro de si estos acuerdos están destinados a proteger a Google, en lugar de al editor.

Google establece específicamente: "Considere la posibilidad de preparar un Acuerdo de licencia de usuario final (EULA) para su aplicación. Un EULA puede ayudar a proteger su persona, organización y propiedad intelectual, y le recomendamos que proporcione uno con su aplicación".
