En Oracle, al escribir SQL dinámico que uno hace algo como esto:

create or replace procedure myProc(n in number) 
as 
begin 
    execute immediate 
    'update myTable set myColumn = :n' 
    using n; 
commit; 
end; 

Y luego 'magia sucede'. ¿Cuál es, si hay alguno, el concepto/sintaxis equivalente en SQL Server? (Por cierto estoy usando SQL Server 2005)

Utilizaría sp_executesql. Las variables enlazadas se ven así: @var1.
