Crear una lista de reproducción en iTunes con COM y Java

¿Cómo creo una lista de reproducción en iTunes desde Java, usando COM (en Windows, es decir, sin AppleScript)?

he encontrado una biblioteca here que hace la mayor parte de lo que necesito, y he añadido algo de código para ITPlaylist.java, para llamar al método "AddTrack" (mencionado in the docs) en la iTunes objeto ITPlaylist:

La respuesta para mí era ponerme en contacto con el desarrollador de la biblioteca que estaba utilizando, para que él lanzara una nueva versión de la biblioteca. Si desea hacer esto, utilice al menos la versión 0.2, que diferenciará correctamente entre los objetos ITPlaylist y ITUserPylist, que (como lo menciona lurkingfridge79 son los únicos tipos de listas de reproducción que pueden tener pistas añadidas por la API COM.

No he hecho ningún material de iTunes en Java por un tiempo, pero por la experiencia que tengo, recuerdo que la interfaz puede ser bastante voluble.

No tengo una respuesta definitiva, pero en un intento por proporcionar al menos una toma en la oscuridad, tal vez debería intentar convertir la ITPlaylist con la que está trabajando en una lista de reproducción de ITU (si ese es el tipo correcto, por supuesto) y luego llamar al es método addTrack. De esa forma, estarías usando la función provista por la biblioteca, y si eso no funciona, puedes ponerte en contacto con el desarrollador porque puede haber un problema más serio.

Desde el volcado que proporcionó, parece que el C subyacente en JACOB está intentando modificar la lista ITPlaylist equivalente a través de la interfaz COM de iTunes. ¿Esto podría deberse a la forma en que funciona la herencia? IE: ITPlaylist no es compatible con addTrack (el C subyacente intenta llamar a una función inexistente) pero ITUserPlaylist sí? Solo un pensamiento.
