Tenemos este código para crear una base de datos para una aplicación. primer lugar que lo haría recomendamos usar android.util.Log para registrar excepciones en Android.

Segundo: sospecho que tiene tablas con nombres incorrectos creados. Su error dice que la consulta no puede encontrar "registro", pero veo que hace una concatenación en la instrucción "CREAR". Esa puede ser la razón.

Puede verificar lo que realmente está creado para usted. Al ver la base sqlite creada.

Usted puede tratar de:
