Estoy intentando crear un servidor XML-RPC como un servicio de Windows.
El servidor XML-RPC puede obtener y poner archivos (como FTP) y
también ejecutar comandos a través de os.system() que le envía el cliente remoto

Estoy intentando encapsular el servidor en el servicio de Windows
bucle de evento.
Al crear el servicio no hay problema.
python.exe remoteServer.py --startup=auto install

No estoy seguro de si esta es la raíz del problema, pero parece que le falta una llamada a 'self.ReportServiceStatus (win32service.SERVICE_STOPPED) ' al final de su método SvcStop. –
