He creado una aplicación de servicio de perfil de usuario en el administrador central. El servicio dice que está comenzando, pero cuando hace clic en el enlace, devuelve lo siguiente:

Ejecute IISReset en el servidor que ejecuta la aplicación de servicio de perfil de usuario (USPA) y reinicie el servicio USPA.

En mi caso, tuve que iniciar el servicio de Windows "Servicio de perfil de usuario". Además reinicié IIS y el Servicio de temporizador de SharePoint. Después de eso, se puede acceder a la página de administración de la aplicación de servicio. ¡Buena suerte!

Este problema ocurre principalmente en la instalación de la granja de servidores. Todos dirán que para recrear el UPS, reiniciar el servidor y luego debería funcionar bien. Pero si ha usado las propiedades personalizadas y ha creado una propiedad administrada en la búsqueda, entonces es muy difícil recrearla y luego crearla de nuevo. La mejor solución hasta ahora he investigado es el siguiente

1. Detener el perfil de usuario del servicio de sincronización
2. Detener el perfil de usuario de servicio
3. inicio el perfil de usuario de servicio
4. inicio el perfil de usuario del servicio de sincronización.
